Opening A Paypal Account
1. First thing is to visit www.paypal.com to sign up.
2. Don't take personal account. Don't change your IP and choose a premier for it. Don't sign up using UK or US address.
3. Don't fill checking account or credit card.
4. Sign up with other African countries except countries like Niger, Benin, Namibia.
5. After signing up, to verify paypal takes about 5 mins.
How to Verify Paypal
1. Get a paypal virtual card for $8.
2. Don't limit it to maybe $500 like Dubai (United Arab Emirate).
3. Once log in to verify paypal- you will see Add Debit or Credit Card.
4. Use liberty reserve (LR) to buy it for $8. Log in into your account and indicate that it is Visa Card. Add the card no., expiry date & month, the CSV or CVV security no. Then, click submit. Paypal instantly charge the card $1.95. Return the card and they will provide you a 4 digit code. Copy the code which is supplied back to you and place it in your paypal account and click submit. Your paypal is verified immediately.
